Delivering Meals to Homebound Senior Citizens

Mid-Cumberland Meals-on-Wheels delivers lunch time meals on weekdays to homebound seniors in Wilson County. Meal sites are located in Lebanon and Mt. Juliet. Approximately half of our seniors live alone so they love their volunteers, and a volunteer could be the only person a senior sees daily. Some of our seniors say their volunteers are their best friends which is so sweet! Most of our routes take about an hour to deliver the meals.
