The Hope Shop! Volunteer as a cashier
We invite you to consider volunteering at The Hope Shop, the storefront for our Project Reset program at Compassionate Hands!
As a cashier, you’ll check out guests as they “purchase” items using their earned points. This innovative approach allows participants to make choices about what they need, helping them regain a sense of agency and dignity.
Project Reset is built on the belief that effective charity empowers rather than diminishes. By volunteering, you’ll not only assist in the day-to-day operations of the shop, but you’ll also help build mutual relationships that promote skills, social capital, and long-term development.
