Holiday Helping Hands (HHH)
Providing Thanksgiving meals to 200 families in the community.
- Nov 21st: 11:00-until we are done.
- Set up and packing boxes. There are a lot of moving parts this day.
- Turkey pick-up / Transfer to Freezer Truck
- Pumpkin Pie, rolls, and topping pick up (1 person to assist)
- Help set up (5 people needed)
- Packing boxes (10 people needed)
How can you help leading up to the day of the event? We need:
- Boxed Mashed Potatoes (300)
- Boxed Mac N Cheese (300)
- Cans of Veggies: Green Beans, Corn, Etc.
- Cranberry Sauce (200) THIS ITEM IS FILLED
- Jiffy Corn Bread (300)
- Cake Mix (200)
- Cake Frosting (200)
- Sticks of Butter (200)
- $$ Donations for Freezer Truck, Pies, Whipped Topping, and Rolls (normal cost is about $4000.00)
