Welcome & Introductions (0–5 min): Settle everyone in, say hi, explain what’s happening.

Seated Holiday Dance (5–20 min): Gentle chair movements, bells/ribbons, upbeat holiday tunes.

Treat & Social Time (20–35 min): Sugar cookies + hot cocoa/apple cider; chat with residents, ask open-ended questions, listen actively.

Christmas Bingo (35–45 min): Holiday-themed Bingo, small prizes for winners.

Pass the Present (45–55 min): Gift passed around to music, remove layers when music stops, final reveal is always fun!

Caroling (55–65 min): Sing-along to holiday favorites.

Goodbye & Takeaways (65–70 min): Small handmade ornament for each participant and cheerful thank-yous.
Goal: Cozy, fun, and inclusive holiday experience for residents with limited mobility. Volunteers get to join in the cheer, too!
